We wholly believe that one of our most important roles is to support our team members and our community.

That’s why in 2015, we started the Family Fund, which is an entirely employee-funded non-profit used to help our employees in times of need. In our first year, we’ve had greater than 65% participation leading to more than 700 grants totaling $879,736.

We also take community involvement seriously and actively seek opportunities to make a real difference. In 2015, we donated more than $5 million to community charities, like the Special Olympics and Alex’s Lemonade Stand.
